Пропадает интернет

4 месяца назад сгорел wan на  TP-Link TL-WR841ND который несколько лет служил верой и правдой

на замену поставил SNR-CPE-W4N 

несколько месяцев полёт был нормальный

потом начались лаги и обрывы

думал из-за свежей прошивки (8.2.10.RU.05092019)

откатился на апрельскую

неделю вроде было всё норм

потом опять пошли лаги

интернет иногда восстанавливается после нескольких перезагрузок роутера

помогите разобраться с причиной

провайдер ТТК

и какую Степень детализации логирования лучше для этого использовать?

Само по себе ничего не происходит. Откатываться на старый софт не имеет смысла, кроме каши в nvram ничего из этого не выйдет.

Что делаем сейчас. Сбрасываем настройки кнопкой (что бы подтянулись свежие дефолты и заведомо каша после бесполезных откатов и прочего была устранена). Настраиваем (именно настраиваем, а не загружаем сохранённый конфиг) минимально необходимое, т.е. VPN в режиме PurePPPOE (галочку обязательно поставить), SSID и пароли на радио. Больше ничего не трогаем. Ждём возникновения проблемы. Как проявилась - снимаем лог и идём сюда, параллельно звоним ТТК что бы проверили физику в этот момент. Так же обращаем внимание на статус WAN порта в это время, скорее всего он будет down или же будет скатываться в полудуплекс или даже в 10мбит.

С вероятностью 99% проблема на стороне ТТК в линке от домового коммутатора до вас. А может и вообще в коннекторе. Но что бы это увидеть нужно иметь лог в момент проявления проблемы, а ни когда уже всё рассосалось.

Ну а там по результатам, или починят или устройство в сервис. Предположил бы ещё что может БП чудить, но устойство как я понимаю свежее. Так что либо на стороне ТТК чудеса, либо брак. Как выяснить описал выше. Я бы сразу превентивно бы больно пнул бы ТТК что бы прислали мастера тот прошёл по линии привёл в порядок все скрутки (если такие есть), переобжал концы и прочее, а уж потом бы разбирался бы дальше, ну если бы осталось с чем разбираться.

И ещё раз, в очередной раз повторюсь. Если всё работало, никто ничего не трогал и вдруг всё стало плохо  - ищите проблему в линии до провайдера, в физической исправности устройства, где угодно, только софт не трогайте. Ну не самомодифицируется софт во времени, это не андроид. И любые манипуляции с ПО можно проводить только когда уверен на 100% что железо исправно, иначе можно разве что только добить. Это не андроид и не ПК где по старой поговорке "7 бед - один резет".
